CRUISE TRIP 2018
Wednesday, March 14
6:00-8:00 pm - Bandroom open / Drop-off Medication & Luggage
Thursday, March 15
8:30 am - Drop-off Medication & Luggage
10:00 am - Meet in Check-In Team (roommates & “trip parents”)…collect $1 per bag and photo ID’s
10:20 am - Begin loading charter buses
10:45 am - Depart for Port Of Mobile (50 miles / 1 hour)
12:00 pm - Arrive at Port of Mobile / Unload Luggage
12:15 pm - Students line-up with CHECK-IN TEAMS (roommates & trip parents)
12:30 pm - Begin Check-In Process
12:45 pm - Board the Carnival Fantasy / Look around ship
1:00 pm - Lunch Buffet onboard ship until 3:30 pm / Cabins are available for move-in around 1:30 pm
2:00 pm - Informational Meeting with Festivals at Sea Representative in Universe Lounge (Mandatory)
3:30 pm - Emergency Drill (Mandatory for all passengers)
4:00 pm - Ship Leaves Florida. Bon Voyage!
8:15 pm - Dinner Seating in Designated Dining Room (Deck 4)…required attendance!
1:00 am - Curfew / Cabin checks
Friday, March 16 – DAY AT SEA
5:45 am - Curfew ends
7:00 am - Breakfast served until 10:30 am (Buffet or Dining Room)
12:00 pm - Lunch served until 2:30 pm (Buffet or Dining Room)
- CABIN TEAMS meet and check-in with your trip parents between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm
TBA - Group Photo in designated area…be wearing your formal wear at this time…required attendance!
8:15 pm - Dinner Seating (Formal Night!)…required attendance!
11:59 pm - Curfew / Cabin checks
Saturday, March 17 – COZUMEL, MEXICO!
5:45 am - Curfew ends
7:00 am - Breakfast served until 10:30 am (Buffet or Dining Room)
8:00 am - Ship arrives in Cozumel, Mexico
7:45 am - EXCURSION TEAMS begin meeting (see excursion reminder sheet from Friday)
3:30 pm - Everybody back on-board the ship / Check-in with Band Staff
4:00 am - Ship departs Cozumel
8:15 pm - Dinner in main dining room OR on your own at buffet
10:00 pm - Possible Late-Night Deck Party & Mexican Buffet!!!
1:00 am - Curfew / Cabin checks
Sunday, March 18 – DAY AT SEA
All Day - Fun Day at Sea (many activities onboard the ship)
7:00 am - Breakfast served until 10:30 am (Buffet or Dining Room)
12:00 pm - Lunch served until 2:30 pm (Buffet or Dining Room)
3:00 pm - Debarkation Meeting with Festivals at Sea Representative in Forum Aft Lounge (Mandatory)
4:00 pm - Private High School Bands Karaoke Party in the Forum Aft Lounge
8:15 pm - Dinner in main dining room OR on your own at buffet
11:00 pm - All checked luggage must be outside of rooms in hallway
12:00 am - Curfew / Cabin checks
Monday, March 19 – DISEMBARKATION / RETURN HOME
7:00 am - Breakfast served
8:00 am - Arrive back at Port Canaveral and then Begin Debarkation Process
TBA - Arrive back at Milton HS (we won’t know until we know our Disembarkation Times
