Good morning,
We have ran into a little glitch for our mini band camp on Saturday. We found out that the Special Olympics crew will be utilizing our campus 7am-2pm, including the practice field. We are not allowed to use our football field that day so the grass can recoup itself. We have reached out to the Pace band directors and they are letting us use their practice field during the 9am-noon session. We will not be using equipment for the morning session since we are only setting drill. We will be back on MHS campus practice field at 2pm. The BPA will be feeding the band FREE snacks and drinks at noon at Pace. We are asking students to secure rides to each location. I apologize for this last minute change. We must have this camp to ensure that everything is complete in time for Bandtober, also so the students can finally perform in full to the best they can! Front Ensemble will not need to be at rehearsal until 2pm.
