I hope this email finds you safe and well. Here are the happenings in the MB&G for this week.
Remaining Fair Share - As we begin the 2nd semester, it is time for us to remember that we need your help financially. Please remember that, although Pride makes this band go, finances are the items that keep us functioning. Fair shares this year totaled $155. Please look through financial statements on charms to see how much of this you still owe. You can access Charms login info by CLICKING HERE. Payments can be made through cash, check, or online. Online payments are made by CLICKING HERE. If you are having trouble accessing your account or having trouble making payments, please contact us immediately so we can help out with what we can.
Mardi Gras Parade - The Blackwater Beats Jazz Band along with the Colorguard will be 2nd lining it at the Milton Mardi Gras Parade this Saturday. All of the info is below. The parade route is James street, straight down Stewart Street, left down Berryhill, through Downtown Milton, ending at the Blackwater Bistro.
BPA Concession Sales - The BPA will have their concession stand set up at the Mardi Gras event. They are needing volunteers to help make this a successful event. They are anticipating this to have a great turn out and need all the help they can get. There are 2 shifts available - one from 2pm to 7pm and the other from 7pm to 12am. They are asking that everyone, including students and members of the board, to sign up by CLICKING HERE so they can know who and how many to anticipate. BPA Mardi Gras Party - The BPA will having a Mardi Gras BPA Band Parent party on February 6 at 6pm to make up from when the Christmas party was cancelled. We are also asking everyone that is planning on attending to sign up by CLICKING HERE and also that you bring a dish, if you're able. This event is for adults only and will be held at Mr. Weavers house. We hope to see you all there!

- 4:15 - Call Time at empty lot at James street
- 5pm - Parade start
- 5:45ish - Parade end at Blackeater Bistro
- Secure ridepick up at Blackwater Bistro
