BPA Sweet Season Concession Sales - The BPA will be set up out at Sweet Seasons Farm with the concession trailer starting this weekend. Saturday from 8-5, Sunday from 10-5. We are still in need of volunteers so If you would like to volunteer, please sign up on cuttime. If you volunteer, you get into the farm for free and can do all of the activities at the Farm.
Blackwater Classic - Blackwater Classic is quickly approaching along with the rest of Bandtober. This is October 4th. Please remember that students will need to be at the school all day. We will rehearse that morning, then watch/support all of the visiting bands. We will be performing at the end of the night right before the University of West Florida Marching Band I will send out an exact schedule as soon as it is available. If you are interested in helping out for this event, please email Amanda Makar [email protected] or Arlene Wires at [email protected] for more info.
Band Pictures - We will be taking our full marching band and section pics after school on Friday, September 26th. We will start at 4pm and end around 6pm. Make sure you bring your helmets/bibbers/shoes/uniform. Managers need to wear your claw shirts and blue jeans. Students can go home as soon as we are finished.
Percussion Rehearsal - The percussion will have a full ensemble rehearsal this Friday after pictures are finished. This will be 7pm-9pm.
Next Football Game - As a reminder, we will not be attending the Mosely Game this week because of transportation costs. Next week is a bi week, meaning there was never a game scheduled. Our next game will be Thursday, October 9th at HOME against Gul Breeze HS.
Blackwater Classic and FBA Itineraries - We have received the performance schedules for Blackwater Classic and FBA Marching MPA. Please see below for itineraries for those competition days. We are still awaiting the schedule for the Little Big Horn competition at Opp, AL on October 18th. As soon as we receive that, we will put together an itinerary.

Show Shirt Orders - The show shirts are now available for purchase. Please fill out the following form by Wednesday, September 24th. I am trying to have these ready for pick up by the first week of October. Shirts are $20 each for students, parents, and anyone else that would like a shirt.

BAND TRIP - We will have a band trip interest meeting Monday at 7pm in the band hall. Anyone interested in going on the Spring trip to Universal Studios need to plan to attend. We will go over lots of info and answer any questions you may have. Dates for the trip are March 23rd-26th.
Shish Kabob Sticking - We are holding our first mass shish kabob sticking Monday in the cafeteria . This will begin with Concert Band at 1:30, then Symphonic Band at 2:35, then the full band after school. This is required by all students. We should be done by 6pm if not earlier. Parents are welcome to volunteer after school as well.
