Hello All,
This will be the last weekly update for a couple of weeks. We hope all of you have a wonderful, safe, and fun Spring Break! We look forward to seeing everyone again on the backside.
FBA Concert MPA - CONGRATULATIONS and FANTASTIC JOB to the Concert and Symphonic Bands for their amazing performances at FWBHS for concert MPA! Both groups worked hard for several months and it really paid off on that stage and in the sightreading room. These students earned straight superior ratings! Way to go everyone! Thank you to the parents that helped chaperone and drive the truck as well!
Panther Band - These students are working hard preparing for the April S&E on April 11th as will as MHS Spring Concert! Keep up the hard work. We can't wait to see you perform!
Indoor Groups - The GCGPC Championships are just around the corner on March 28th. This will be at West FL High School. Before that, the Winterguards will be performing at the Robertsdale HS indoor competition in Alabama. Please make plans to come out and support all of our students!
MHSBPA Board Nominations - We are now accepting nominations for the 2026-27 BPA Board. We will take nominations from the floor as well as through email through the March Monthly Meeting (March 10). Any current band parent is eligible to be nominated. Positions are President, 1st VP, 2nd VP, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and one Trustee position. Please see or email Mr. Schultz to nominate. Here are all the folks who have been nominated and accepted the nomination:

Band Trip - When we return from Spring break, 72 students and parents will be departing for Universal Studios. Make sure you check the band website for all of the updated info including how to sign up for the Bandapp to communicate on the trip.
