We have been working to provide the MB&G with a quality trip to Universal Studios this school year. In looking at possible dates, we have decided to use the week after Spring break for the trip days. This packet contains information pertaining to the trip. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS TRIP IS OPTIONAL! Remember that your priorities should be your Fair-Share Band Fee obligation. (1). CHARTER BUSES
- Bus Amenities - Restrooms Electrical outlets under seats (probably USB)
- Snacks & Drinks – No cans! Small ice chest?
- Pillows & Blankets / Sleeping on Buses (floor?) – Note: Buses will be kept cold!
- Electronic Devices need headphones, charging cords (electrical outlets on buses)
- Public Display of Affection – NOPE!
- Be respectful of those around you
- Dress comfortably

- Rosen Inn International Closest to Universal
- 6327 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819
- Amenities
- Mini-fridge and Microwave in rooms
- Coffee/Tea Makers in rooms
- 1 Swimming Pools
- No Slides…..Thankfully! 😊
- Hotel Conduct
- No students of the opposite gender in the same room!
- Option to hangout in lobby until lights out
- Be respectful of other guests
- Remember, we are not the only ones staying in hotel
- No Yelling/loud noises in room or in any part of hotel
- Video game excitement
- “Stealth mode” when returning from parks
- Lights out times
- Each night will vary

- Set MULTIPLE alarm clocks-Never rely on just one!!!!

(4). DEPARTURE DAY (Monday, March 23)
- Call Time @ 7:30 am
- Parking at school
- Students park in your spot
- Parents of students with a spot can park in that spot
- All others park in gravel parking lot
- Plan to possibly have someone get your vehicle
- Spending money needed
- Meals (Lunch en route & Dinner at Disney Springs in Orlando)
- Souvenirs & Snacks
- Luggage – please try to limit to one suitcase & one carry-on bag
- Have your name on your luggage and your carry-on bag
- Luggage will go under individual’s bus
- 4-to-5-member loading crew
- Check roll at 7:40 am / Begin loading buses around 7:50 am / Depart at 8:00 am

- So far, the average is lower 80s during the day, upper 50s at night.
- It always rains in Orlando so prepare for this…yay Florida!
