ONLINE BAND FEE PAYMENTS
You can now pay your band fees/trips online on your individual CutTime account. Simply click the image below, type in your CutTime password or click the links underneath "Need your SMS magic link re-sent". Then navigate to the bottom of that page to the "Financial Summary" portion of your account. Finally, click the "Make A Payment" button and fill out the information on the following screen. This is now through Stripe.
There is a 3% additional processing fee for every transaction to offset Stripe monthly transaction charges. So, if you are making a payment of $100, it will actually be 103.
If you would like to avoid these processing fee, you may still make deposits in the money box in front of the office.
If you do take advantage of this, you'll notice that the payment is going to the Band Parent Association. They will be writing the band a check from the account each month as a donation back to the band. This is the only way to get online payments available to you at the moment. You'll still be credited instantly on your account upon checkout.
