Hello All,

This will be the last weekly update for 2019! Thank you so much to everyone for your hard work this semester and putting on several outstanding performances! A huge congratulations to everyone for an amazing Christmas concert last week! So many people laughed and cried and were simply touched by everything.  Thank you to all that donated to the 2 charities.  We were able to raise a total of $1,300 which was split down the middle to each charity.  THANK YOU!!

We are still in need of fair shares.  Please try and get everything up to date.We are still $20,000 in unpaid fair shares.  Thank you to all that have been on it and are up to date.  Please work on this ASAP.

Hello All,

We are quickly rapping up the 1st semester with lots of events to close out this week.  Please look carefully at the schedule below!

Parents, we were informed by Mrs. Anne, the lumpia provider, that the lumpia will not be ready for pick up this Tuesday.  She is still trying to finish the vegetable lumpia.  We do not want to give out orders until everything is complete because this will cause confusion when handing them out.  We do not have any control over the making of these.  We ask that you please be patient.  We will inform you as soon as they are available.  They should be complete before the Christmas break.

Please come out and enjoy some wonderful holiday music this Thursday at 6:30 in the the MHS Auditorium.  The students have been working extremely hard to perform just for you and anyone else you bring.  Tell everyone you know to come on out! 

Students, this Friday is the band Christmas party.  Remember, the BPA will be providing popcorn and drinks.  You are welcome to bring any food that you would like for yourself to eat in the band room.  Secret Santa gift exchange will take place towards the end.  If you would like to participate in Secret Santa, please bring a gift that is a minimum of $5.  

Parents, the Band Parent Christmas party is this Saturday at Camelot Junction at 6pm.  Get on Berryhill Road heading towards downtown Milton.  It is on the right at the 4-way stop at Berryhill and Willing Street, right across from the Methodist Church.  Turkey and Ham will be provided.  Please bring any other foods you would like to share with everyone.

Hello All,

HAPPY THANKSGIVING and welcome back! I hope everyone enjoyed your week off! Time to throw ourselves into the race and book it over the next three weeks which are the last three weeks of the semester.  Can you believe it? Please make sure you take good care of watching the calendar as there are several events occurring over the next two weeks.

This Friday is the Light up Milton Christmas parade in which the Jazz Band will be performing.  The BPA is in need of volunteers to help sale concessions at this event.  Please CLICK HERE to sign up to help.

The big Milton Christmas Parade is this Saturday.  Please take note in the itinerary below that the band hall will be unlocked from 4pm-4:45.  You can grab your instrument during that time.  No, you will NOT be able to get it after 4:45.  We will be in full uniform minus helmets for the parade.  Please wear a Christmas hat in place of helmets.  I also encourage you to decorate your horn and/or yourself! The brighter, the better.  Just make sure you can play and march! We will meet at the empty lot by the skate park at Byrom Street.  Just follow the noise! The parade will go straight down Stewart Street and end at Margaret Street Church of Christ.  We will have the band truck there to put instruments on as needed.  

The Christmas concert is next Thursday the 12th at 6:30.  Please start making plans now to attend this FREE concert.  This will be a great time to get into the holiday spirit.
