Hello Band Parents,
Just wanted to remind everyone about some helpful things for after the games:
1. If you are checking your child out after the game, you will need to provide a note with that child to give to Sandie Kennedy (our head chaperone) before we leave. You will then need to see her along with your child at bus one AFTER we dismiss at the trucks once we have marched back out.
2. If you are picking your child up at MHS, please do not park in the band truck parking area right in front of the band room. Also, please do not park in front of the band truck parking area in the green grass because it makes it difficult to back-up the trucks.
3. Please make sure to pull all the way through past the stop sign and in a parking spot as best you can. If you park in the spaces to the right of the band truck parking if you are facing the band room, understand that it may be a little bit before you can pull out because the buses will be parked right there.
4. We must unload the trucks and clean the inside of the buses BEFORE anyone is able to leave. We will dismiss one last time in the band room. At the time, students are free to leave.
