Band Parents,
CLICK HERE to download the chaperone/band parent shirt order form. If you would like to purchase one of these shirts and be a member of the "Gold Squad" :-) , please fill out the form completely, one form per shirt, and get these to me by Tuesday, August 20th. If you miss the deadline, these shirts are purchased from Arrow Embroidery off of Dogwood Drive in Milton. You can take this from directly to Charlie at Arrow and he can take care of it from there. Understand that prices will increase slightly for individual shirt orders placed directly with Arrow. Please turn money in when you turn in the form. Money can be placed in the moneybox in front of the band office in an envelope. Please notate on the envelope that money is for the chaperone shirt(s).
