I received a phone call earlier today from Mr. Rowell informing us that the game this Friday will now be played on Thursday with kickoff at 7pm. This is because of the lack of available referees for games. We are not the only school having to move games like this. Other schools in our area have made that decision last week.
Band and ROTC senior night will still take place this week on Thursday instead of Friday. I talked with Mr. Rowell about other dates to consider for this night, but there is no other game in which to move Senior night and still adequately celebrate our seniors like they deserve. We will still wear uniforms. Because of the 7pm kickoff, we will need to adjust the rest of the schedule. See below
3:30-5pm - BPA Cooking for students
5:30 - Call Time in full uniform minus helmets
6pm - March-in
6:25 - Senior Parents meet next to band section
6:30 - Senior Night Events
6:50 - Pregame
7pm - Kickoff
10:30ish - Dismiss
I realize that this may cause some scheduling issues, but this is out of our control.
