The Band mass carwash is next Saturday July 16th. We need parent volunteers to help chaperone and take care of each location. I have attached the instructions for the carwash as well as a flyer. Parents, are in charge of collecting any donations that may be given as well as keeping a record of the cars that we wash and making sure the students are washing correctly. If we do not have parents at each location, we will have to close that location and potentially cancel the carwash. This is a major fundraising event for the band. Students will sign up by seniority on the lists in the band hall. You will see there are 4 locations with 2 shifts per location and 4 spots per shift. If you work the morning shift, you will need to meet at the band room and get all of the supplies that we will provide. If you work the afternoon shift, you will bring all of the supplies back to the band room.
