Panther Band rehearsal is still on for this afternoon. We will adjust the schedule to end at 5pm. The rehearsal will be 4pm-5pm. The school admin informed us that, per school board announcement, all evening activities AFTER 5pm are cancelled today. Again, Panther Band will rehearse 4pm-5pm today.
THE CONCERT IS STILL ON FOR TOMORROW at 6:30! If the announcement is made that school is cancelled on Thursday, then we will make adjustments to this concert as feasible. This includes holding it at the same place, time, and date, or postponing it to next week or the week after. Mr. Weaver and I are in communication with the admin to determine when the gym will be open if we do indeed have to move the date. This will be determined at a later date. As for right now and the foreseeable future, the concert is tomorrow, Thursday, October 29th at 6:30pm. See Itinerary below:
5pm - Marching band call time in gym
6pm - Non-marching band call time in gym
6:30 - Concert Start
8:30ish - Concert end
- Students will wear this year's band shirt and blue jeans/blue jean shorts, and safety gear minus bags
- Students must stay for the entirety of the concert
- Students will be able to sit anywhere in the auditorium when not performing
- All bleachers will be pulled out in order to distance as much as feasible
- All attendees are asked to wear masks upon entry and distance in the bleachers as much as feasible
