BPA Meeting - The BPA will be holding their September meeting this Tuesday at 7pm in the band hall.  We will host a Zoom meeting for those that would like to join but not travel.  We will be talking about the successes of past BPA events as well as the upcoming football games.  See link below for the Zoom meeting info:

Football Games - Football games are quickly approaching! Please be advised that all members of pep band A, all percussion, and all colorguard will kick the season off on Thursday September 24th.  This is a Freshmen/JV home game.  Call time will be 4pm so far.  You will wear the new band shirts that you received this year. The full band will be together at the first home varsity game on Friday, October 2nd.  

Shirts - Speaking of shirts, we still have quite a few students who have not picked up their shirts because of not having the $12 paid towards their fare shares.  Please make sure you get this in now.  We will be wearing these shirts at all performances for the time being along with blue jeans/blue jean shorts.  You can CLICK HERE for more info to get this money turned in.  

Concert Band....so far - Please be aware that Mr. Schultz will be hosting a Teams meet every 5th period for those that have to stay home for whatever reason.  This is meant for those students that are mandated to stay home not for those that are simply skipping class.  You will need to find a way to get your instrument and music home if you are required to stay home.  Parents are welcome to come up and retrieve these at any time. Here are a few items that need to be considered for these meetings:

1. I will begin this chat at 1:35ish
2. You must Mute your mic so no one can hear you play and mess up the sound on their end
3. I will have my speakers on mute so your sounds will not interfere with our rehearsal
4. Keep your speakers on and play along with everything that we do
5. This is not a conversational/hangout session.  Please treat it like you were sitting in the band hall with us.
6. I will not be projecting this meeting on the big  screen
7. This is very EXPERIMENTAL…..please be patient
8. I will try my hardest to answer questions as they come along.   

We may add other classes as we get used to using Teams
