Hello All,
Thank you to all of our Students, Parents, Staff, and everything in between for all of your help in making this one of the most successful and fun marching seasons to date! You really made an impact on so many people in our region and with each other. Thank you for your hard work and dedication this season!
We have only two more events with the marching band before we close out this season. The Veterans Day parade is on Monday, November 11th. This is a required event! we will meet at 8am in the band room, block up with Pace at 8:30, and step-off at 9:30. The parade should be done by around 10amish at Veterans Memorial Park in Milton.
The Christmas parade is on Saturday, December 7th. We will meet at 5pm at the empty lot across from the skate park off Byrom Street. This parade will start at 6pm. More infor will be posted.
We are now quickly moving into concert season. Soon all of our indoor groups (Symphonic, Concert, Panther, Percussion, and Colorguard) will begin their after school rehearsals. The concert bands are already posted on the calendar. Percussion and Colorguard will post theirs soon. As always, these rehearsals are required. The concert bands will begin rehearsal the week of November 18th through the 22nd.
Finally, All County Honor Band audition music will be available on Monday. All Symphonic and Concert Band students are required to audition. Percussion will be required to audition to an extent. This will be discussed in class.
