I hope this email finds all of you doing well. Here are the happenings in the MB&G Band this week.
BPA Mardi Gras Party - The BPA will having a Mardi Gras BPA Band Parent party on February 6 at 6pm to make up from when the Christmas party was cancelled. We are also asking everyone that is planning on attending to sign up by CLICKING HERE and also that you bring a dish, if you're able. This event is for adults only and will be held at Mr. Weavers house. We hope to see you all there!
Remaining Fair Share - Fair shares this year totaled $155. Please look through financial statements on charms to see how much of this you still owe. You can access Charms login info by CLICKING HERE. Payments can be made through cash, check, or online. Online payments are made by CLICKING HERE. If you are having trouble accessing your account or having trouble making payments, please contact us immediately so we can help out with what we can.
Individual Band Photos - Kay Brown Photography will be in the band room beginning at 8:30am on February 11th and 12th to take individual band photos. EVERY STUDENT in the whole band family will have their picture taken whether you are ordering a packet or not. If you would like to order these, CLICK HERE for the form which was also handed out in class. If you happen to be absent during these days, you will need to schedule an appointment with Kay Brown Photography BEFORE March to make this up.
