HAPPY EASTER
I want to invite everyone out to the Blackwater Beats Jazz Band concert this Thursday at the Imogene Theater at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 at the door and will be well worth it! We have lots of fun music in store for all and concessions will be available as well!
We are still in desperate need of fair shares to be paid. Thank you so much to all of you who are up to date and have done your part. As of today, we are still $30,000 in unpaid fair shares. All fair shares should be paid in full by the spring concert next week! If you would like to make an online payment, just CLICK HERE and follow the instructions.
Speaking of the spring concert, the entire Mighty Black & Gold band family will be on display next Friday, May 3rd at 6:30pm in the MHS Auditorium and Gym. This is a FREE concert that will showcase ALL of our ensembles including the indoor groups and marching band. You do not want to miss this concert! Invite everyone you know to come enjoy a night of awesome music and talent from our wonderful students.
I have attached our colorguard interest flier for everyone. If you or someone you know is interested in joining the colorguard this year, please come out to the interest camps on May 7th, 8th, and 9th. Please hand this flier out to everyone.
If you are interested in audition for drum major for the marching band, please make sure you come to the drum major camp on Monday May 6th from 4pm-6pm. We will give our prepared piece that evening for you to work up along with your chosen piece.
At this point, all but one form for the band banquet has been distributed. All of these forms are due by the Spring Concert on May 3rd. If you have misplaced any of these forms, please CLICK HERE to download and print them out.
