Hello All,
First, fantastic job to all three of our indoor groups at the 2017 Circuit Championships! All three had power performances and really were the best of the year. I could not be more proud of all of these students' hard work!
IT'S CRAWFISH TIME! It's finally here this Saturday from 10am-8pm. Everything is almost set except for our volunteer list. Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed up! There are still plenty of spots to fill on the adult help side on charms. The student side is practically full. If you are available, please consider signing up by clicking HERE. Remember, this festival is put on by the MHS Band and Band Parent Association and is for our students. The more smoothly it runs, the better the everyone's experience. We will have a volunteers meeting for parents and students this Thursday at 6pm in the band room. Please try your best to attend this as we will go over specifics about each job.
We are in need of 3 pop-up tents for this event to provide shade for the sound booth as well as the two drink stations. If you are willing to let us borrow one, please email me. Thank you in advance!
I have also attached a copy of the flyer for you to do with what you will. Please get the word out! The more people pass through the gate, the more money we get to go towards a new band truck and uniforms!
